The coupling gear the MZ series is the mobile coupling, it is capable to compensate the angular and radial shift and distortions of axes of shaft. The coupling gear the MZ series consists of two gear holders connected by bolts and two gear plugs inserted into holders. On holders covers with cuffs are established. The shaft connected by the coupling gear are pressed in openings of gear plugs. Teeths of plugs enter gearing with teeths of holders. Thanks to a shape of tooth of plugs perhaps insignificant shift in any directions. |
Couplings gear all-machine-building application are used for connection of shaft and torque transmission from 1000 to 63000 N*m and special from 71000 to 250000 N*m at angular, radial and axial shifts of shaft.
Compensation of shifts of shaft is reached by a relative distortion of plugs and holders at the expense of side gaps between teeths and performance of a surface of ledges of teeths of plugs spherical. A distortion of an axis of each plug concerning a holder axis - no more than 1 °30'.
