Reducer 1Ts3U-200 (Ts3U-200)
Number of reducers Ts3U consists of three standard sizes with interaxal distances of a low-speed step of-160, 200 and 250 mm – and provides transfer with a low-speed shaft of torques from 1000 to 4000 Nanometers at transfer numbers from 45 to 200. Reducers have an asymmetrical arrangement of transfers concerning its longitudinal axis.
Description of reducers of the Ts3U-160, Ts3U-200, Ts3U-250, 1Ts3U-160, 1Ts3U-200, 1Ts3U-250 type. The case and a cover reducers are cast from cast iron, a gear wheel and a wheel shod – from the alloyed steel with the general heat treatment and with superficial hardening of a surface of teeths. As support of shaft serve conic single-row roller bearings.
Adjustment of an axial gap in conic bearings is carried out as well as in two-level reducers like Ts2U. The overall and connecting dimensions are specified in tables below. The end of a high-speed shaft – the conic, low-speed end of a shaft can be conic or is carried out in the form of the gear plug which is forged and processed together with a low-speed shaft and in the course of assembly with car teeths enters hollows of internal gearing of the holder put for the end of a shaft of the car and thus there is a connection of a reducer with car.
The hollow low-speed shaft leans from each party on two single-row ball bearings, has the cut vents in an opening. The shaft of the given car has the end of a shaft with external vents and enters connection with reducer vents. Both types of connection of a reducer with the mechanism simplify design of the drive and reduce overall dimensions. On the other side of a low-speed shaft there is an aligning ledge and three cut openings from a shaft end face for connection of electric devices.
Purpose of reducers of Ts3U-160, Ts3U-200, Ts3U-250, 1Ts3U-160, 1Ts3U-200, 1Ts3U-250
Reducers cylindrical three-stage horizontal all-machine-building application of types 1Ts3U-160, 1Ts3U-200, 1Ts3U-250 (Ts3U-160, Ts3U-200, Ts3U-250) are intended for increase in torque and reduction of frequency of rotation.
Conditions of application of reducers of Ts3U-160, Ts3U-200, Ts3U-250, 1Ts3U-160, 1Ts3U-200, 1Ts3U-250:
- loading a constant and a variable of one direction and reversive -
- work long or with periodic stops -
- rotation of shaft in any party -
- frequency of rotation of an entrance shaft should not exceed 1800 rpm. -
- the atmosphere of types I and II in accordance with GOST 15150-69 at dust content of air no more than 10 mg / м3-
- climatic modifications At, T (for category of placement 1... 3) and climatic modifications of UHL and O (for categories of placement 4), and 1Ts3U-160 of climatic modification of HL of category of placement 1 … 3 in accordance with GOST 15150-69.

Notes:
- values of the allowed torques and radial console loadings of reducers 1Ts3U-250 with the cylindrical end of an output shaft have to be reduced by 20 percent, with transfer numbers 16, 20, 25 have to be reduced on 30%-
- the allowed radial loading on day off to a shaft for options of assembly 13, 23, 33 and on entrance to a shaft – for 31, 32, 33,36 has to be reduced by two times -
- during the work of reducers in reverse mode the allowed torques on day off to a shaft have to be reduced by 30%.
